Energy Ogre Connect is a multipurpose hub where you can:

  • Manage your payment methods for both Energy Ogre and your electricity provider
  • View the details and documents of your current contract and all previous contracts
  • Find your username and password for your current electricity provider account
  • Access your refer-a-friend code to earn gift cards or free months of membership when your friends and family sign up with us
  • Check your energy usage and see how it compares to last year
  • Look back at communications we’ve sent you in case you can’t find a recent email
  • Submit a request to cancel or transfer your electricity service if you are moving

Most importantly, the member portal is also where you can provide any information we may ask you for and where you can chat with our customer service team if you have questions.

How to Register

Setting up your member portal account is easy to do.

  1. Go to www.energyogre.com
  2. Select “Login” in the top navigation bar, right next to the “Sign Up” button
  3. Select “Register” just below the login box
  4. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address
  5. Create a Password for the account and then Confirm the Password
  6. Click “Register”
  7. Check your email for your Energy Ogre Connect account confirmation message
  8. Click on the link in the email to confirm your email address
  9. Once your email address is verified, select “click here to log in”
  10. Enter your email address and password, then click “Log In”

That’s it! Now, you will be able to access your Energy Ogre account whenever you want and find the answers to any number of questions about your account.

And if we have questions for you or something that needs your attention, you will find a banner letting you know at the top of your portal.
