Energy Ogre $250 Gift Cards Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By entering the Energy Ogre $250 Gift Card Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Texas, United States.

  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Current members, employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Energy Ogre are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

  1. Fill out the entry form in full, including:

    • Full Name

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

  2. Consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Energy Ogre at the phone number provided. This consent is required for entry.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may reply STOP to opt out at any time. Entry will still be valid for the current month's drawing if the opt-out occurs after successful submission.

3. Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random each calendar month.

  • The prize is a $250 gift card - powered by Tango.

  • The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

  • No substitutions or transfers of the prize are permitted.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the calendar month.

  • The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the selection.

  • If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. General Conditions

  • Energy Ogre reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time without notice if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Energy Ogre’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

  • For a winner to be selected, Energy Ogre must receive a minimum of 25 eligible entries within that month.

  • Void where prohibited by law.
